APPLY FOR SPAY/NEUTER FUNDING
The Spayed Club offers low-cost spay/neuter certificates to those who qualify. If your
household (NOT individual) yearly income is $25,000 or less, you can qualify. If your
income is too high, we do make allowances for special Circumstances, (for example, if
you are trapping a feral cat colony).
Instructions are on the application, which must be filled out and mailed to us, along with
proof of income. You can download our application and participating vet list
or leave a message on 610-275-7486, line #1, and ask that an
application be mailed to you.
Please note: ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE MAILED. We do not have the ability to accept
applications by fax or email. If you do not qualify for The Spayed Club's financial
assistance, or if you would prefer NOT to fill out an application, or do not want to
