Our Mission

Each year, approximately 3 to 4 million homeless pets are euthanized in the United States.  Included in that number are the more than 35,000 dogs, puppies, cats and kittens that are put to death in the seven shelters in the Greater Philadelphia.  These animals were euthanized simply because there are not enough homes for them.

The Spayed Club is a nonprofit organization committed to solving dog and cat overpopulation in the Greater Philadelphia area and beyond.  Through education and a unique, low-cost spay/neuter program, The Spayed Club works today to prevent tomorrow's unwanted litters from being born.  As of 2010, The Spayed Club has provided funding to support the neutering and spaying of more than 55,000 animals.

The Spayed Club is a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization, registered with the Charitable Organizations Bureau, with IRS 501(c)(3) status.  All donations are tax-deductible.  To support our cause, click on the button at the left to 'Make A Donation', or mail your donations to The Spayed Club, P.O.
